After spending the majority of his life in Northern New Jersey, Jim moved to Maryland to attend the University of Maryland.  Jim graduated in 1999 from the Smith School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

 

Jim's first impressions of Baltimore were established while making day trips to the Inner Harbor and Fells Point while living in College Park, MD.  Jim and his wife, Sara, have been residents in Federal Hill since 2002, where they now raise their 2 year old daughter, Sheila.  Jim and his family are members of the Downtown Baltimore Family Alliance, an organization that fosters and promotes family life in Baltimore's city center.

 

Jim's love of the city, fondness of architecture/design, and the ability to help people on a one-on-one basis drew him into a career in real estate.  He has helped clients purchase and sell homes in numerous areas in and around Baltimore, with the majority of his business coming from the neighborhoods surrounding the Inner Harbor.

 

When asked what he enjoyed most about being a Realtor, Jim replied, "No two days are identical.  The fact that every client's needs are different and that every home is different, makes each day challenging."
