Brieann Du Val
Brieann is the Listings & Marketing Manager for The Steven Murphy Real Estate Team and has been working in this position since September 2006.
After a client lists their home for sale with our team, her main focus is to gain as much exposure for our client's homes as possible. She does this by creating a marketing package that includes the production of brochures, virtual tours, print advertising, and any direct marketing pieces. Throughout the marketing period she is in constant communication with our sellers to make sure they are fully aware of the status of their home, feedback from showings on their home, as well as updates on current market conditions.
